Other Areas of Deep Focus

  • DescriptionThe most advanced layer of this practice. TCM Internal Medicine is for those with complex, chronic, or systemic conditions — especially those who have exhausted conventional options without answers.

  • This work is built for the long road. For those who have lived inside a body that no longer feels like their own — managing appointments, medications, and a fatigue that goes far deeper than tired.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers a different lens: one that sees chronic illness not as a life sentence, but as a pattern asking to be understood. Treatment integrates seamlessly alongside conventional medical care, including pharmaceutical management.

Conditions supported: autoimmune disorders, Long COVID, fibromyalgia, IBS, Crohn's, chronic pain, nervous system dysregulation, complex cases, and more.

  • In Chinese medicine, the mind and body have never been separate. Emotions are physiological events held in the organs, moving through the channels, shaping the flow of Qi itself.

Acupuncture modulates neurotransmitter activity, calms the HPA axis, and reduces cortisol not by suppressing what you feel, but by restoring the internal conditions where the body and spirit can find their own equilibrium.

This work integrates beautifully alongside therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care. Conditions: anxiety, depression, burnout, PTSD, trauma, grief, insomnia, and emotional processing of all kinds.

  • In Chinese medicine: where there is free flow, there is no pain. Where there is no free flow, there is pain.

Acupuncture restores circulation, releases blockages, and re-establishes the smooth movement of Qi and blood through affected channels and tissues; backed by modern research on endorphin release, inflammation reduction, and nervous system modulation.

Conditions: chronic pain and systemic inflammation, neuropathic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, back pain, neck pain, joint conditions, arthritis, tendinopathies, fibromyalgia, PTSD-related pain, headaches, and migraines.

  • In TCM, the female body with its rhythmic cycles and intricate hormonal landscape is understood as a system governed by the quality and movement of Blood and Essence. When that flow is abundant and free, a woman's cycle is an expression of health. When it is disrupted, the body speaks.

Herbal medicine and acupuncture work together to regulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, support reproductive hormonal balance, and bring the body's own rhythms back into harmony.

Conditions: menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PMS and PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, perimenopause, menopause, and the deeper identity shifts these transitions bring.goes here
